Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please read our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation:

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support team at [email/contact number]. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the product once delivered, as per our return policy.

2. Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, manuals, and accessories that came with the product must be intact.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our quality inspection team will review it.
  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the returned product does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products such as towels, napkins, and mattress covers are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

5. Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a return and send a replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.
